We collect information when you submit a contact form, request an SEO audit, schedule a call, call or text us, email us, or otherwise communicate with High Traction. Our hosting and security providers may also collect limited technical information automatically.

- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and our services.

Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to operate the website and deliver services. These may include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for lead storage, Cal.com for scheduling, and website analysis providers such as Google PageSpeed Insights, Firecrawl, SerpAPI, and OpenRouter for SEO audit functionality. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us or as described in their own policies.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies, analytics, and browser storage
The public marketing pages do not currently use advertising cookies. The SEO audit may temporarily store report information in your browser session so the report remains available while you navigate the page. A restricted operator page may use an essential authentication cookie. Hosting providers may maintain security and access logs.
Because we do not currently use advertising trackers, the site does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals. We will update this policy if our tracking practices change.
Communications choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the instructions in the message. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information below.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
